After the frames and temples are made separately, we need to do some fine work. There will be some small decorative pieces, hinges, nose bridge and other small parts on the glasses. Each small part is carefully crafted by machine, welding and hand.

Making acetate front
Blanks for plastic eyeglass frames are die cut from sheets of cellulose-acetate.
After the design and technical drawing is decide, a die is made out of steel and is fitted in a blanking machine
that punches blanks out of the sheets of cellulose-acetate.The blank frame fronts are finished in a series of
operations.The frames are then smoothed to remove rough edges by two different abrasive machines.

Assembling comprise cellulose acetate front, temple, metal frames,related accessories,Lens,screws etc components to the right position.
Each frame has its own exclusive brand mark. We use laser, engraving,printing,stamping to put the brand and other information on the lens&temple accordingly.
